ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with co-workers to strip, set-up and pour the bed in a timely mannerWork with the Quality Control Department to ensure optimal qualityTake direction from their Team Leader and SupervisorFlexible to perform work in any area including Production, Yard, Patching and other areas as neededMaintain a safe environment and have good housekeeping skills while workingParticipate in Lean Manufacturing objectives and improves the efficiencies of the departmentHave knowledge of quality programs and be able to perform quality workCome to work with a good attitude and work the hours needed to fulfill the job requirementsKnowledgeable of day-to-day tasks that are performed and are aware of what the next step is without being toldMaintain a professional relationship with employees in the plant and officeSupport company policies and have a positive attitude while working
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
High School Diploma or GED Must have interpersonal communication skills to interact with co-workers, supervisors, and managersMust be able to solve problems quickly and efficientlyGeneral math skills and ability to read tape measureAbility to work with others to get the project completed efficiently and work independently when neededKnowledge of products the company uses, and which products would work bestUnderstand and accept changes that are implemented to become Best in Class
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs, occasionallyPhysically able to push, pull, lift, bend, climb, kneel, twist, squat, crawl and use hands/forearms repetitively and frequentlyAbility to move around for up to 12 hours per dayAbility to work from ladders, scaffolding, swing stages and man lifts at various heights frequently
