Position Summary
Children's Radiology is a multi-site operation completing approximately 125,000 procedures per year. We seek to provide the best in safe, high-quality, family-focused care. Our excellent staff combines the latest knowledge in sedation, technology, and technique to provide the very best possible experience for children.
The Mgr Medical Imaging will lead around 60 staff members toward our goals in the areas of safety, access, finance, experience, and strategy. This leader will be collaborating with many departments and locations and will have the ability to lead from both broader department and single site perspectives. This leader will have primary accountability for site budget performance and regulatory preparedness. Daily activities will give this leader an opportunity to use skills in project management, finance, process design, staffing, problem solving, staff engagement, and operations leadership.
*Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
*Knowledge of JCAHO and MDH regulations.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Three years supervisory/managerial experience required.
*Radiology experience preferred.
*Project Management Institute (PMI) or comparable certification a plus.
*Business development skillset.
*Ability to produce documents and analysis with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

When determining individual pay rates, we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, internal equity and organizational needs.
In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night, weekend or on-call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.
