Department Overview

The Human Resources department at Children's partners with the employees and the managerial staff to provide services such as recruitment and staffing, employee services (benefit, compensation, retirement, and payroll processing), labor relations, HRIS program development and implementation, and organizational development.

Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Strategy Advisor is responsible for developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract, source, and hire top talent. This role involves collaborating with various departments to understand staffing needs, utilizing various sourcing and recruitment marketing methods to build strong pipelines, and creating a strong employer brand. This role is also responsible for conducting internet research, generating leads, recruitment marketing to build diverse qualified candidate pipelines and oversee vendor partnerships. This role reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

License/Certification/Registration required? No

Education:
*Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or similar program required. Six years of sourcing experience in lieu of degree.

Experience:
*Five years of recruitment/sourcing experience required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
*Strategic thinking- must be able to see the big picture and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
*Analytical Skills-ability to analyze data to inform appropriate recruitment strategies. Must work independently with minimal guidance in both strategic and tactical capabilities.
*Talent Acquisition Strategists should be proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR analytics tools, and social media platforms.
*Ability to effectively develop plans and sourcing tools.
*Demonstrated ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders, identifying key messages and deliverables against agreed upon Service Level Partnerships.
*Proactive with a high sense of urgency, strong work ethic and can manage ambiguity.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
*Ability to solve problems, think creatively and adapt to a dynamic market.
*Adept at implementing innovative recruitment strategies.
*Self-motivated with time management and organizational skills.
*Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing work based on business needs and deadlines.
*Demonstrated experience in core recruiting skills (job requirements gathering, planning, sourcing, selecting, phone screening).

The posted salary represents a market competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. When determining individual pay rates, we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, internal equity and organizational needs.

In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night, weekend or on-call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.
