Position Summary

The purpose of this position is to manage portfolio operations for Children's $1.3 billion in consolidated investments and manage operations for $900 million in ERISA Plan assets.

*Voting Member of Management Retirement Committee (acts as a Plan Fiduciary)
*Manage initial and ongoing Operational Due Diligence for private market investments
*Manage ESG/DEI metric information and reporting monthly and quarterly
*Recommend changes in investment options for retirement plans to Management Retirement Committee
*Quarterly review and report out of compliance with Statement of Investment Objectives and Policies to Investment Subcommittee and recommend changes as needed
*Manage and liaison across departments Children's community investment effort

Education:
*Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or management required
*Advanced degree preferred (MA, MBA, JD, CPA)

Experience:
*10 years of relevant experience at investment or financial management firms with aptitude in alternative investments. Highly experienced and knowledgeable in fund accounting, tax planning and reporting, cash flow management/reconciliation, month end financial closing process, financial/investment auditing

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
*Expert problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
*Above average verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking
*Expert collaboration and customer service skills, both internally and externally
*Expert in working with Excel

The posted salary represents a market competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. When determining individual pay rates, we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, internal equity and organizational needs.

In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night, weekend or on-call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.
