We’re excited to once again be a part of the Multicultural Forum this year. We’ve met a lot of great organizations and employers committed to diversity. Please take a moment to drop by our table and introduce yourself. We will be at booth 422.
It would be our pleasure to share with you the various organizations we work with that help companies find diverse candidates and to show you how we are a resource for people to connect with all the many cultural resources Minnesota has to offer.

Urban Ventures Leadership Foundation
Urban Ventures Leadership Foundation is a faith-based, non-profit organization that focuses on the Central and Phillips neighborhoods of South Minneapolis. Our mission is to break the cycle of generational poverty in our community by developing youth leadership and strengthening families.
Founded in 1993, Urban Ventures serves more than 3,000 children, youth and adults each year. Urban Ventures is a safe place for program participants to identify and overcome obstacles, discover faith, connect with caring staff, and be empowered to make positive life choices.

Multicultural Forum on Workplace Diversity |
The Multicultural Forum on Workplace Diversity will take place on March 17th-18th at the Minneapolis Convention Center. The Forum provides a venue for discussion about diversity and inclusion in the workplace. In keynote sessions and workshops, you'll hear from peers about their successes and challenges. As a Forum participant, you will develop tools to bring back to the office, learn from best practices and have the opportunity to be challenged to think in a new way.
Diversity Minnesota will be attending this year's event. We'll be there on March 18th from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm in booth 422. Be sure to stop in and say "Hi!"
