Hello,
Why is diversity in the workplace important? Among the many reasons, a very pragmatic one is that companies grow when their markets grow. An important way for companies to grow their markets is to expand into new market segments. Creating a microcosm of multiculturalism in your workpla ce exposes all employees to different ways of viewing the world and how your products and services can be beneficial to different cultures. This heightened awareness strengthens a company’s ability to develop and package products and services for new markets.
Warmest Regards,
Colette

Coping With the Workforce Diversity For a Manager
A diverse workforce results in a more flexible and innovative business. That is why, there's no need to panic, if you find yourself managing a multitalented workforce. Wasting your time in planning to avoid people coming from difference age groups, gender or religious backgrounds is not only a discriminatory practice, but also a bad management decision. By doing this, you are closing your doors to a more versatile workforce, which is more capable of dealing with challenges.
