Diversity Minnesota is a Web and a hub. Thanks for being a part of our network! We reach out to government and community organizations helping them find jobs for their members. We work with employers to find diverse candidates. We list resources available to new and enlightened Minnesotans. We establish a network of advanced community and diversity leaders. Laboratory Staffing

As a Nationally Certified WBE (woman owned business), Laboratory Staffing, Inc. is a diversity organization that provides scientific staffing. We are committed not only to supporting our clients' diversity goals but work with diversity suppliers ourselves whenever possible.

Effective leadership skills, as well as other job skills, exist in every culture. People sometimes just use a different approach to achieve the same results. Interviewers need to sharpen their interviewing skills and create a new paradigm for job interviewing that will fit a broader and more diverse applicant pool.
