Assist clients with the development and implementation of maintenance management practices in conjunction with EMA***s WMS team for effective EAM implementations. Assist clients with the development of reliability programs based on the application of RCM and other similar processes. Must have strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to influence without authority. Must have strong writing skills and a track record for delivering quality presentations, reports and workshop materials. Must be able to work in a team environment with other consultants with different expertise and strive to achieve a common goal while delighting the client. Education Required Minimum: Bachelor's Degree Experience Required Minimum of 3 -5 years of professional consulting experience OR 3 - 5 years experience in supervision/coordination of technical staff. Solid understanding of Operations & Maintenance in the Water/Waste Water Industry. General understanding of other Utility Business Services. Specialized expertise in Utility work practices with special emphasis on Maintenance Management, Asset Management, Reliability Centered Maintenance Predictive Maintenance, Business process Re-engineering, Operations Management, Work Practices Implementation and Performance Management. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Ability to follow direction and think independently when required.
